Guntaas joined SiLaw Group as an associate in February 2021.
Guntaas received her M.A. in Conflict Resolution in 2011 from the University of Bradford where she focused on the various elements of international conflict and mediation techniques. In 2011, Guntaas was the first Sikh-Canadian to participate in the Minorities Fellowship at the UN High Commission for Human Rights in Geneva, Switzerland, a 6-week intensive training program focused on the rights of minority communities in the international arena. Guntaas received her Graduate LL.B. from the University of Exeter in 2015. She was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2019.
Guntaas practices in Criminal and Civil Litigation, Personal Injury and Family law. She has also taken an interest in employment and workplace human rights matters.
