Irin Sidhu

Biography

Irin Sidhu is an Associate Counsel at SiLaw Group, focusing his practice primarily on family law. He is a dedicated and detail-oriented lawyer who provides clients with thoughtful and effective legal solutions, with a strong preference for resolving matters amicably through agreement, consent orders and alternative dispute resolution.

Irin's journey with SiLaw Group began in January 2021 as an articling student. Following his call to the Bar, the firm was proud to welcome him as Associate Counsel in September 2021.

Irin brings strong advocacy skills to every file. He has appeared in both the Provincial Court of BC and the Supreme Court of BC, where he advocates for clients on contested matters, including high-conflict property division and complex disputes involving children.

While he fights vigorously for his clients' interests, Irin also recognizes the value of resolving matters outside the courtroom. His expertise extends to drafting a wide range of essential legal documents, including cohabitation, marriage and separation agreements.

Outside of the office, Irin enjoys spending time with his family, hiking, skiing, and catching up on his favourite TV shows.
