Pritesh Pachchigar

Biography

Pritesh began his career at SiLaw Group, where he completed his articling before returning to the firm as an associate lawyer. His practice primarily focuses on family law, where he assists clients in both the Provincial Court of British Columbia and the Supreme Court of British Columbia.

Pritesh is a qualified lawyer in both Australia and Canada, enabling him to bring multinational experience to his current practice. He brings strong advocacy skills and broad legal knowledge to his clients' matters in all aspects of family law. Pritesh is also a Nationally Accredited Mediator (Australia), empowering him to resolve legal disputes through alternative dispute resolution methods.

Pritesh holds a Juris Doctor from Bond University in Australia and is a solicitor in New South Wales. He has significant experience working at the Federal Court of Australia and the Supreme Court of Queensland, and interned at Clifford Chance LLP. He also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the SFU Beedie School of Business.

In his spare time, Pritesh can be found in the mountains with family and friends, skiing in the winter or hiking in the summer.
