We offer a 30-minute consultation with one of our family lawyers at no cost to you. No matter what stage of the separation you are at, we will give you an overview of what you can expect in your matter, with no strings attached to hire us.
Zoom, phone or in person
We offer these consultations by telephone, by video-conference, and in person at our South Surrey office at #201-3108 Croydon Drive, Surrey, BC. If we are not able to meet with you at the time and in the format you selected, one of our staff members will reach out to you at the telephone number that you provide, or by email.
What to bring
Prior to meeting, please ensure that you have two pieces of government-issued identification with you. We may ask that you provide us copies of them by email in advance.
Legal Aid BC clients
If you have been qualified to obtain services through Legal Aid BC, or you wish to apply for legal aid, please select the option for a Legal Aid Consultation so we can direct you to the right lawyer for your case.
Who you will meet with
Your consultation is with one of our four family lawyers — Sandy Sihota, Irin Sidhu, Pritesh Pachchigar or Deepika Bhardwaj. Sandy Sihota, the firm's founder, is accredited as a Family Law Mediator, a Family Law Arbitrator and a Parenting Coordinator, and is trained in writing Views of the Child reports.
